How do I volunteer?

This year, we’re in search of volunteers to assist in setting up, decorating, managing events and games, contributing food or supplies, cleaning up, and organizing everything afterward! We require a substantial number of volunteers, and you do not have to be a senior or junior parent. In fact, parents of freshmen and sophomores tend to have better availability since they may not have commitments such as taking photos or handling hair and makeup. Join in the fun, get to know new Centaurus families, and make a meaningful impact on your students high school years!

Calling all awesome parents! Help make After Prom epic!

 

CSNAP needs YOU! We’re looking for energetic parent volunteers to unleash their creativity and help set the stage for an unforgettable After Prom experience for our graduates on Friday, April 24th.

Here’s how you can be a hero:

  • Lend a hand (and a ladder!) on Friday: We’ll need help unloading props and decorations, building sets, and transforming the space into a magical After Prom out of this world.
  • Spread the cheer: Your smile is contagious! Bring your positive energy and get ready to have some fun with fellow parents.
  • Be prepared for action: We’ll assign tasks when you arrive. Don’t forget to label your belongings (especially scissors, water bottles, coolers, props, and decor) to keep things organized.

This is your chance to:

  • Make a difference for our graduating class.
  • Bond with other parents and get involved in the school community.
  • Witness the joy and excitement of a truly special event.

We invite you to be a part of this special time by helping us decorate the senior hall for After Prom on the evening of April 23rd! This is a wonderful opportunity to make lasting memories as your student’s high school journey comes to an end. By volunteering your time you’ll help transform the venue into a beautiful, celebratory space where our seniors can relax and enjoy the night with friends. Join us in making this last high school celebration a memorable one for our seniors—your participation will mean so much to them! Thank you for your support in making this an unforgettable evening.

Help Create the Magic of After Prom! Want to be part of what makes After Prom such an unforgettable night? The CSNAP Committee is looking for enthusiastic parents who want to help bring this special event to life for our graduates.

If you love seeing the excitement on students’ faces and have ideas for making the night even more memorable, we’d love to have you join our team today!

We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and there truly are roles for everyone—whether you have a special skill or just a willingness to help. You do not need to have a junior or senior student to volunteer or serve on the board. All parents and community members are welcome.

We welcome anyone who wants to volunteer, and if you happen to have experience or interest in any of the areas below, we would especially love your help:

  • Poster, banner, or mural creation

  • Organization and project coordination

  • Creative thinking for new themes and future projects

  • Fundraising and sponsor outreach

  • Event planning, decorating, and setup

  • Web design and/or graphic design

  • Marketing, social media, and spreading the word about After Prom

  • Ticket collection and coordination of events at the school

  • Running errands or helping with last-minute needs

  • Assist parent volunteers on day of event

Whether you can help a little or a lot, your time and creativity will help create a safe, fun, and memorable night for our graduates.

Help is needed to staff the various activities throughout the After Prom event and the CSNAP Volunteers are already in motion!  If you’re interested in participating /volunteering, please use one of the sign-up links above or just show up at our next meeting and we’ll get you involved!
